SERVICE INFORMATION: ‌

SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS: Refuse and/or Recycling must be placed at the curb on solid, level ground the night before your scheduled pick-up day. Containers shall have no overhead obstructions and shall be accessible from the front and clear of any objects such as vehicles, bicycles, mailboxes, etc. within a 5-foot radius. ‌

RESTRICTIONS: We cannot accept tires, batteries, liquid paint, auto parts, freon appliances, or electronic waste. Items too large for the cart or too heavy to lift, such as dirt or animal waste, will NOT be allowed. Boxes must be broken down & placed within the cart. Yard waste cannot be mixed with trash. ‌

HOLIDAY SCHEDULE: There will be no service on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day. If any one of these days falls on or before your scheduled pick-up day, your service will fall on the following day. ‌

BILLING INFORMATION: The above charges will be billed in advance for residential services identified above. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of bill receipt. Finance charges will be applied to the account balance at a rate of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month the account is overdue. In the event you fail to pay all amounts which become due, your service will be put on hold until payment is received.
